"I Smell Snow"
After weeks of muggy cold weather Charlotte has seen its first official snowfall of the season. And boy it did not disappoint! It started coming down early yesterday morning and has not stopped since then! Truly a winter wonderland. Now I can only handle about a days worth of snow before it just starts to get cold and icy outside. Luckily I was able to get out there and take a few good shots before it got destroyed by people sledding. I had a kid threaten me because I was taking pictures on a "prime sledding hill"...Not going to lie I was kind of scared of him so I just backed off.
I love winter for the sole purpose of wearing big comfy sweaters and thick wool socks. This sweater from LL Bean has a very vintage style to it which went perfectly with my 70's inspired suspenders. The Bridgette High Rise Suspenders have a crossed back and a tuxedo styled top to add a different look to each outfit.
Staying warm and stylish in the winter can be hard but I find that one of my favorite places to get jackets every year is Target. Their coats are sure to keep you warm and comfy without making you look like the Michelin Man. Not to mention I have fallen in LOVE with their new line of gloves, from leather, to suede, to plush they are perfect for any occasion!
